There’s no fooling Flickr’s newest employee, Detective JS Gumshoe a.k.a “This page”. Want to tag Sir Paul McCartney in a photo? Nope. Not going to happen unless you guys are “Flickr contact” tight, regardless of whether or not you snapped that sweet photo/screenshot. Flickr’s “This page” will make sure you “know” any “people” you attempt to person tag. If their not your pal he’ll even ridicule you. Try it. It’s fun.
[on a more serious note. This beats the crap out of Facebook's person tagging implementation as it's much "simpler". Whereas you need to download Facebook's Privacy Guide eBook to ensure to that you as the "tagged" individual have more "control" over who , howoften, & under what circumstances "you" are tagged. Step up Facebook. Stop perpetuating the "you signed the EULA so you'll need to opt-out, until then you've agreed to opt-in" culture of features and settings. ]

Who is the loose cannon in product development at Jelly Belly?

Maybe you can remember when Jelly Belly started releasing the more eclectic jelly bean flavors. I’m astounded that after the Buttered Popcorn flavored jelly bean failed so miserably they decided that pudding was a good idea? First of all pudding is dead to kids these days. They eat all kinds of cleverly packaged yogurt based products these days instead. Did the executives at Jelly Belly look at an inventory report one day and see 100 million gallons of Buttered Popcorn flavoring lying around? “Let’s get into the pudding business!”

So now it sits on the clearance shelf @ $0.50 a four pack. Which is insulting to everyone except the idiot that buys it. The supermarkets are to blame as well. Which one of the fucking buyers thought it would actually sell? They probably got a free 60″ Plasma TV for buying 5 pallets of this goo. And the savings get passed on to us… right! What a massive fail.

Overnight his fans go from being “My Friends” to “My Fellow Prisoners”? I listened to McCain/Palin speaking in Bethlehem, PA and could have sworn I heard him say My Fellow Prisoners but quickly got distracted by the negative backround chants. So I didn’t think about it again until I saw some twitter activity regarding it tonight. Here’s the footage. Hear for yourself.

So my guess is that he was having a partial flashback. Seriously folks does he know where he is at any given time. During the debate last night he kept saying “Peacemaker” when he should have said “Peacekeeper”. Was he suddenly transported to a post-Hanoi Hilton POW group therapy session? His mind is elsewhere. Furthermore it is an imprisoned mind, and that is to be expected what with all the man has been through. So, 21 months on the campaign trail is stressfull and enough to screw with anyones head a little, but John’s a 72 year old, cancer surviving, former POW. Nevertheless, for all he and Palin’s talk of the future, and how Obama keeps bringing up the past, he really is quite stuck in it, with his subconscious finger on the rewind button of a looping VHS tape. What was there before VHS, oh maybe an old 16mm film loop.
