The Garden Phase 6.5: Perennials Planted & Mulched
It’s looking quite nice! Amelia & Mary planted some perennials up front today & they’ve been mulched. Amelia asked me why we mulched & my answer was as follows, “It [mulch] adds definition and contrast to the garden.” She said it was stinky and looked very nice. Mary whipped up a water/soap mixture to spray on the tomato & pepper plants to ward off the buggies. Hope it works! All suggestions for “safe” pest control are welcome. Happy gardening!
